While giving an update of the fire incident, Aminu Ahmadu Kiyawa, Area Commander, Federal Fire Service, Zaria said that after receiving distress call from somebody, his men rushed to the scene of the incident.

According to him, three people were injured as a result of the explosion from the gas-laden tanker and one person was evacuated from the other tanker.

“The four injured persons who were burnt, were quickly rushed to the ABU Teaching Hospital Shika for medical treatment”. He said.
