The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the Ibadan North Federal Constituency bye election held on Saturday, Olufolajimi Oyekunle has won the election.
Mr Oyekunle was declared as the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) early Sunday.
Declaring the results of the election at the colation center, the INEC returning officer for the bye election, Professor Abiodun Oluwadare said that the PDP candidate, Olufolajimi Oyekunle scored 18,404 votes to defeat other candidates in the election.
New Nigerian gathered that the PDP won in all the wards in the Ibadan North Federal Constituency during the bye election.
