Ebonyi Former Coordinators Applaud Nwifuru’s Developmental Strides

Owing to the outstanding performance and developmental strides of Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru across Ebonyi State, former coordinators in Ebonyi State have expressed satisfaction with his people’s oriented administration, stating that the group is ever ready to give massive support to ensure he succeeds.

Speaking after their general meeting in Abakaliki, the chairman of Former Coordinators Forum, Hon. Phillip Friday, former Coordinator of Ezzama Development Center, said that the meeting was called to galvanized former coordinators in Ebonyi State to support the good governance of Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and also ensure his re-election come 2027.

He commended the governor for making the development centres viable to ensure grassroot development.

“We want to thank the governor for making development centre viable, because every development centre coordinator, receives allocation and so many projects are ongoing at various development centers.And that is why we are proud to support his government and he is making us proud.

Also speaking, former Coordinator of Abakaliki Development Development Centre, Hon. Ekene Edeh appreciated the governor for people’s oriented leadership, saying that his People’s Charter of Needs mantra is effective and impacting lives positively in Ebonyi State.

“He is doing well at road infrastructure, housing, education, agriculture, among others,” he said.

On his part, the incumbent Coordinator of Amasiri Development Centre, Anya Barron Ogbonnia explained that as a coordinator, he is saddled with the responsibility of mobilizing the grassroots for political activities, adding that he has held a lot of meetings to sensitize his people on the need to go and get their voters card, knowing fully well that it is their franchise as Nigerians in order to vote and be voted for in any election.

He encouraged different churches congregations to sensitize their members to get their voters card in order to exercise their civic responsibility and make appropriate choice in 2027.

The meeting was attended by former coordinators from various development areas in Ebonyi State.
