It was weeping galore on Tuesday in Soka area of Ibadan, as over 10 people were feared dead in a ghastly motor accident.
New Nigerian gathered that the accident involving six vehicles occurred at about 7.30am.
Our correspondent learnt that the vehicles involved in the accident included three Nissan Micra taxi cabs and three articulated vehicles popularly.
According to eye witness account, all the vehicles involved in the accident were reportedly coming from Iwo road axis of Lagos- Ibadan expressway heading for the Ibadan toll gate axis of the expressway.
New Nigerian gathered that trouble  started when a trailer was reversing out of an abandoned filling station in the area when another trailer reportedly rammed into it with leading into other vehicles coming from behind colliding with one another.
During the auto crash, one of the Micra cars involved in the accident was completely crushed leaving the driver and his three passengers dead including a couple said to had boarded the Micra just a bus stop away to the scene of the accident
The wife was said to have died on the spot, while the husband said to be seated in the front  seat, survived with minor injuries.
It was weeping and wailing as sympathizers at the scene of the accident could not control their emotion as the mutilated bodies of victims of the accident were being pulled out of the wreckage vehicles
Men of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) together with other security agencies were making efforts to clear the scene with the FRSC team evacuating the dead bodies and as well moving the injured people to nearby hospitals for treatment.
