Kaduna Fortunate To Have Visionary Leader Like Gov Uba Sani – Rep Munir

*Applauds developmental strides

The Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Commerce and Member representing Lere Federal Constituency, Hon. Mohammed Ahmed Munir, has commended Governor Uba Sani for his unwavering commitment to infrastructural development and grassroots transformation in Lere Local Government Area.

Hon. Munir made the statement following the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a major asphalt road network in the area.

According to him, the project, flagged off by Governor Uba Sani, will link several key communities in Lere, including Kayarda Tasha, Kayarda Gari, Unguwan Sarki, Maskawa, and Dan Alhaji, bringing new hope to thousands of residents who have long awaited critical road infrastructure.

Describing the initiative as a “game-changer” for the constituency, Hon. Munir expressed deep appreciation to the Governor for consistently prioritizing Lere in the state’s development agenda.

“Lere Federal Constituency is truly fortunate to have a governor like Senator Uba Sani, who continues to recognize the importance of our communities and invest in projects that touch lives. This road project will transform the local economy, enhance mobility, and improve the overall quality of life for our people,” Munir stated.

He further noted that the construction of the road would significantly boost agricultural productivity, ease the transportation of farm produce, and improve access to markets for rural farmers as many of whom rely heavily on agriculture for their livelihoods.

“The new road will open up rural areas, facilitate the movement of goods and services, and stimulate economic activities. It will enhance connectivity across different parts of the local government and beyond, promoting trade, agricultural development, and even social integration,” he added.

Beyond infrastructure, Hon. Munir also lauded Governor Uba Sani for his proactive steps in addressing security challenges in Kaduna State, particularly in rural areas.

He praised the administration’s efforts in ensuring the safety of lives and property, which he said has created a more stable environment for development.

“Security is the foundation of development, and I must commend the Governor for prioritizing it. The people of Lere are already seeing the impact of these efforts, and we are confident that with continued collaboration, more positive changes will come,” Munir said.

Hon. Munir reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with the state government to attract more federal presence to Lere, and to ensure that the voices and needs of his constituents are well represented at the national level.
