Nafisa Abdullah, a Nigerian Teenager from Yobe State, North East, has emerged world best in English Language.

Nafisa Defeated 69 other countries topping 20,000 other students participants at the just concluded UK Global Final 2025 TeenEagle English Language Skills Competition at London, UK.

The young winner represented Nigeria through the Nigerian Tulip International College, Yobe State to clinch the enviable position of the “World Best In English Language Skills”.

According to a family member, Malam Hassan Salihu, the 17-year old world winner has made not only the family proud, but the entire state and nation at large.

He extended their profound gratitude to the Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni for his efforts in education development that has attracted global honour to the state, northern region and the entire country.

“Our daughter’s global success wouldn’t have been possible without Governor Buni’s extra-ordinary support for education in the state”, he stated.

Salihu, also appreciated the management and teachers of the Nigerian Tulip International College, Yobe State for their impacting global educational standard in their students leading to the victory.

Nafisa defeated all participating countries in the competition; including European native English speakers, a victory that deserves state and national recognitions.
